On June 7, we were generously given tickets to the Arizona Diamondbacks baseball game! They were in the fifth row right behind the dugout, so it was quite exciting!!
The kids did great and it was a fun time for us as a family. Honestly, I think they liked the breaks between innings the best because there were exciting things happening to get the crowd involved. They loved the big baseball guys that run around the field!
Raelynn and Mommy were out going potty at one point and saw the boys on the TV!
How to keep them occupied? We brought popcorn and cups and a sucker for each of them! We ended up buying a giant cookie while we were there for them to share, too:) They liked being close to the action and watching the batters. But it was similar to when I watch golf---once the ball is hit, they couldn't see it anymore!
The twins shared a seat |
At one point the cheerleaders were throwing little soft baseballs into the crowd and Daddy caught one for the kids!
Then just before we were leaving, Raelynn and I went down to the field and a player saw us and rolled their practice ball over the dug out to us! It was pretty neat.
So both of the big kids got a baseball to take home!
What a fun time! The free tickets was a nice surprise in and of itself, but then to have been able to take 2 baseballs home- what a great time! Love the pictures and tips of how to keep them sitting!
