What a week! Some sort of sickness is still lingering here as all three of the kids were sick this week at one point. Even Mommy and Daddy were sick on Sunday, so we had to stay home from church this week.
Not a lot of great quality pictures this week, and no Sunday Snapshot. I did manage to get Elliana's 10 month picture taken on the real day though!
Some fun things from this week:
Last Friday, to wrap up the letter T we had a "Tea Party" with Auntie Dre and Adele. It was SO much fun!! I wasn't quite as prepared as I should have been...we just had goldfish and raisins instead of crumpets and scones:) This is definitely going to be a regular occurrence!
Oh Dec, you are such a sweetheart! Such a fun and sweet spirit this boy has. He is so fun loving and easy going. I just love his smile....and his snaggle tooth:) The other front tooth did finally break through, so it won't be a snaggle for much longer.
The babies playing in dry mashed potatoes!
Elliana's favorite activity was probably yogurt finger painting! Her face tells you how much she enjoyed it:)
There is a little mirror on the front of this purple piece. She kept looking in it and opening her eyes really big!
One day Brent walked in the door with a blizzard in his hand for me:) Boy, was I excited! He said he was going to go with flowers, but decided on this instead. He made a great choice:) Especially since we have no chocolate in the house! I've resorted to eating the chocolate chips in the pantry!
I had a free Shutterfly code that was expiring, so that meant it was crunch time to make a book. I always wait til the last minute to make these books when I have a code. I made the book of our first trip to Ethiopia and will eventually give it to Elliana to keep. I was so excited when it came in the mail. Always love seeing those orange boxes in the mailbox!! :)
The highlight of the week was definitely waiting for Auntie Dre to have her baby. We were all waiting to know if it was a boy or a girl and had the phone close by waiting for the big news.
Our nephew, Isaiah Charles, was born just after midnight on September 11. I still can't believe my sister had a BOY! I'm so excited for her to have a son. And our boys will all be so close in age. We rejoice in the life God has given this boy and are so thankful for him!
We had some love to send across the miles--so you know how much we love you when you get your packages in the mail;) Our adventure out this week was to the post office!
Matching outfits always calls for a picture....and I think this is really funny because it is a good display of all the "love" that Raelynn gives her little sis.
