"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him. In love He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved." Ephesians 1:3-6

Project 52: July 5-11

On Tuesday this week we went to the library.  It is so hot here.  So so hot.  And when we are at the Greenfield library we are so so close to AJ's.  And we just discovered free cookies for kids.  So combine all those things and it makes for a great reward for all of us for surviving a trip to the library with 4 toddlers in the heat.

The superhero summer reading program is going on at the library....

This week was 50 cent short stacks at IHOP.  We had a date night planned so we didn't eat, but it made for a great dinner for the kids and they love eating at restaurants!

One activity the kids enjoy and one that keeps them busy for a while is stacking cheerios (or fruit loops) on spaghetti noodles! I stick the noodle in play dough for them and they can't eat it until its to the top.

I was pleased with her pattern! She didn't understand patterns for a long time then one day it just clicked!

On July 9 we saw our sweet baby for the first time.  We heard the heartbeat over the ultrasound.  At just 7 weeks we could see a heartbeat on the monitor and little tiny arms and legs moving around.  Simply amazing.
It was also half price sundaes at Sonic, so we figured it was a good reason to celebrate with ice cream!

We have enjoyed Wiggleworms a couple times this summer at the McQueen Activity Center.

The kids wanted to make their own peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.  We have safe knives, so I figured it was a great idea! They did great with it, although I think they liked licking the extra peanut butter off the best!

This boy is 19 months this week and he has to do EVERYTHING his big brother and sisters do.  He doesn't miss a beat.

Declan's thing lately is helping me wash the dishes.  I have learned to keep the plastic dishes aside for him! I just wash real quick then let them soak and let him have at it.  He will be at the sink for what seems like a very long time and enjoys helping.  It's a very sweet time when he is on one side of the sink and I'm on the other.

And if I'm taking a picture of someone else....she always finds a way to get in.

Friday we were over swimming and the girls were getting ready to go out to Jesterz with friends.  Brent knows I haven't been feeling well and was so sweet to pretty much force me to go.  So I borrowed Kacia's clothes and he took the kids home and put them all to bed.

I made some invitations for Declan's 3rd birthday party this week! He loves Spiderman!

Saturday my newest niece was born! Welcome sweet little Evelyn Jean! I'm SO excited to meet her in September.
