"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him. In love He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved." Ephesians 1:3-6

Project 52: week thirty-three

January 26-Feb 1....it has been a fun filled and busy week--so it's a long post!

Sunday Snapshot:

Elliana update:
Elliana is taking more and more steps all the time.  Her most is 5! She is still a bundle of joy and talks to us as if holding a full conversation.  Her facial expressions are priceless.  She has been fighting some sickness lately and seems a bit emotional.  Probably a combo of not feeling the best and still adjusting to not being the baby anymore.  We noticed she is going up to a lot of people, which of course could be just her friendly personality or she is looking for attention because she isn't getting it as much as she was before at home.  Thankfully we are noticing and are trying to be more intentional about making sure she gets lots of holding time.  I even put her back in the ergo this week!

And this is what happens when we put Colt on the floor for tummy time.  But was it the baby or the light up and music playing mirror that was attracting their attention? :)

What is it about kids eating watermelon? I think it's so cute!
On Monday night we picked up Adele, Isaiah, and Auntie Dre from the airport!!! What a great birthday treat for us!

As soon as we got home from the airport Raelynn wanted to hold Isaiah

Now Adele is here to enjoy some Mimi time, too!

:)
On Wednesday, Great Papa came over to see all the kids.
A special picture!

Thursday was my birthday! Went to Joe's for lunch and Liberty for dessert.  Then while the kids napped it was such a nice afternoon just sitting around the house chatting with my sister. We had a knock at the door about 4:30 and it was my dad! He surprised us all with a visit for the weekend! We had dinner at Joe's Farmgrill then went back to our house for cake.  It was a great day celebrated with ALL my family and the special people in my life.
Sweet Adele

Friday was Raelynn's birthday! (Posting more about her birthday weekend in another post)

The birthday girl!!!

Saturday we celebrated Raelynn's party with her friends! More on this in the other post as well.
