"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him. In love He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved." Ephesians 1:3-6

Project 52: September 6-13

Sunday Snapshot:

Sunday night, pizza night!

Monday morning we woke up to A LOT (like the wettest day in the history of Arizona!) of rain.  Rainy days call for two things--movies and jumping in puddles! :)

Watching a movie and I found them laying like this:)  Made my heart smile:)

We walked to a grassy field down the road.  We had so much fun, we were there about two hours!

This is usually just a grassy field
The kids soon discovered worms and everyone was trying so hard to pick them up...

Before I knew it they all had them and were putting them on their legs!! ewww!

During "quiet time" this week...
Overheard Raelynn reading David and Goliath to Elliana on the monitor.  :)

It rained again later in the week, but it wasn't a lot so we just played in the street.  Colt enjoyed splashing!!

All playing together---even Ike!
This alphabet popsicle game is great because they can each play with it in some way--Colt can chew, Elliana can stick them together, Declan can stick the correct colors together, and Raelynn can stick the lower and upper case letters together.

So fun to see Raelynn starting to take an interest in different things.  She had worked on this painting a couple different days this week.  She was taking her time and really staying in the lines!
Considering she never slows down enough to even sit still, I was impressed with her painting.  This was the first time she'd used a coloring page with the paints.  We'll definitely do this again!

Came in to find Colt standing up like this!  He pulled himself up one time last week as well.

It was cousin Isaiah's 1st birthday this week! Even though we are far away from him, we still made cupcakes so we could celebrate:)

This girl and her socks and shoes.  First thing she does in the morning and any time she can during the day, she is sitting on the floor putting on socks and shoes.  She's so determined.
