"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him. In love He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved." Ephesians 1:3-6

Project 52: week sixteen

October 6-12

Declan can sign 'milk' now! (he opens and closes his hand, like milking a cow)
He is starting to communicate with us more and more which is so nice! He's at such a fun stage right now pointing to everything and noticing all the things around him.

Raelynn always wants to read to her brother or sister.  She will get up in the chair and tell me to put one of the babies next to her.

Elliana was 11 months old this week! She continued to have a great week this week. Fr the most part, she ate well. She slept through the night every night. We put a towel up over her window and that has seemed to help her sleep until 7 or later!!! Whoo hoo!!
She is now officially crawling on her knees. It just blows me away how far she has come in just three months. Still hoping to get her to eat more "solid" food so she can eat more with her fingers soon.

Someone is learning to pull herself up!

A great photo of Raelynn at breakfast with her yolks! (Y is for yolk)

This poor girl will never improve eating her solids if her brother is around!!

Declan found his sister's bean bin! He loved it!

Daddy was reading to Declan and Elliana and Raelynn thought she needed to sit on Elliana's lap.

Home improvements:

Grass is continuing to grow!  This was taken early in the week, and it looks much better now.  Hopefully the kids can play out there soon

Brent painted the front room! We chose a softer and brighter yellow than the kitchen, which makes it nice and cheery for the school and play area.  We are really happy with it!

On Saturday we went to a pumpkin farm. It is called Welcome Home Ranch and is a non profit that donates the money to orphanages in Africa. It was so fun and we love supporting a great cause. I will put all the pics up from the day, but here are my favorites:

  1. Those boots are just too cute on Elliana! And if I remember right, Raelynn wore them too, and I thought the same thing!
Grass looks great, and how nice it will be for the kids to be out there again!
