"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him. In love He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved." Ephesians 1:3-6

Tot school: letter I

Tot school: letter I
Age: 28 months

Mimi had found some of these little beads when she was sorting through her new house.  Since she doesn't plan to be making friendship bracelets any time soon, she gave them to us to play with:)
I was excited! These little things have so many purposes and they are the things that I just don't like to buy because that all adds up! So slowly over time, we are building our collection on resources for sensory play, motor development, and learning.

Raelynn LOVES this activity.  Just stringing the beads on.  It is actually something that will hold her attention for longer than most activities.  It is pipe cleaner and little beads.  We did it together for a little while too, as Mommy made a pattern and talked about it with her.

Playdough Mat
Finally! She is playing with playdough! I had never thought of giving her something to push into the playdough until now.  The letter mats are fron the printables on 1plus1plus1equals1.com and I just pull it out from the Tot Time Notebook with page protector.  I always have to help her make the 'snakes' but she is getting better.

  1. I found a big bag of those beads at the Dollar Store. Tried doing the stringing on pipe cleaner a couple months ago, but too young...she could string them, BUT those beads look so tasty!! :-)
